Fido service boy told me to switch to Fido and they will waive the $45 Setup Service fee. Its now 3 months going on, still i didn't received the waived. Whenever i called to the Bloor-Younge Fido shop, they never give me any solution and asking me to call back again and agian. This is realy pathetic, that they mislead to their customer to get connection and we get the plan they never supports.
I need a promt solution in this matter ASAP.

The Set-up Fee is a charge that is applicable for all phone upgrades and new line activations unless the purchase is done online at which point the fee is automatically waived.
