That is definitely not right, you shouldn't be billed for a returned device, unless we didn't receive it yet.

Have you confirmed with the tracking number if we received the phone? If we did, this situation can be corrected by reaching out to us on these channels

I signed up for 4 phone lines and my first bill was 2.9k even though I had a 100$ credit per line... Been trying to solve this **bleep** for over a month... I feel you.
