I had a very bad experience with Fido today and don't know who can help me

All my family members  received and accepted a free fido loyaly offer for additional 10Gb yesterday, except my daughter.  She is very upset because she said that she has the same plan and paid for the same fee, but Fido did not treat her fairly.  I am here to see whether you can offer her the same fido loyalty offer.  Appredciate your help to look into it.

These offers are usually targeted and it varies on different factors If your daughter did not get an offer that you or others got that does not mean she would not get such offers in the future.


You can always reach out to customer support to verify the best possible option for her line.
