Only a Fido representative can process a cancellation so you will need to contact customer service to have the cancellation done.
You can reach out to them even from outside the country through any of the available methods listed here.
Also sometimes after cancellation, your account might have a credit and Fido will refund the amount to you via cheque to the address on file.
