I did not receive the welcome email yet. went to a store they asks me to wait for a month. i cant wait a month without a connecyion .called customer care and they say theres nthing they can do and told me to go to a store. kindly assist me soon

I would suggest that you contact fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and dialog with a representative to assist you. You my also try using one of the methods mentioned Here to get your service up and running. That seems to be unusually long.
