Ok so I know I owe fido around 650 for the bill but I was told by one of their employees that they couldn't shut off my bill account untill I pay it off now they keep turning on and off the card that I don't even use and telling me know owe them like 7350 when I haven't even used it since 2022 like come on are you kidding me fido

Yikes @marimoss20 , have you discussed this with the credit department to find a solution? Here are some links that you might be able to find some solutions
