sim and tracking number not received

I got called from fido about this deal and i accepted to buy 2 lines. Then they said they would email me with all the details and still haven't. They said that my sims should be received in 2 days . It's been 3 days... On the app there is no details on it. This is so strange and shady.

Good morning @AbuTaher , sorry that you haven't received your account information yet. May I suggest that if you don't receive anything from fido in the next day or so, that you reach out to customer support ( https://www.fido.ca/support )and have someone check on the status for you. We're a community forum and we cannot access any accounts here. It's definitely not shady, just maybe a little slower than expected. Cheers
