Sorry to hear you were not able to contact customer service before you left Canada. Unfortuntely, you would need to contact customer service to cancel your services. They have a phone number you can call from outside of Canada. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. You should note they do not offer customer services via email.
