I already have a fido account but today I purchased a new phone.

How do I registere my sim card online?

Welcome to the Community!  

You'll be able to update the SIM card by following these steps: 

1- Log into My Account

2- Click on ``Services`` > ``Mobile``

3- Make sure to have your number selected in the drop down menu

4- Select ``Update SIM Card``
