I would like to contact customer support with an email.
I do not wish to join an invasive social media or have to try and decipher the voicemail prompts.
I want to send an email.
My name is spelled wrong on my account and all communications are now in French.
Neither of which is my fault.
I see I can get an email if someone responds to this topic, so I know this ancient form of communication does
exist somewhere on Fido.
Please help the old lady who just wants it easy like it used to be.
