I'm a Participant Level 1

I accidently changed my plan from $50 to $45 and initially I was getting a

I accidently changed my plan from $50 to $45 and initially I was getting a $ 15 PROMO every month (STUDENT OFFER) but after change of plan PROMO was dropped .Is there a way  I can either get my promo back on new plan or change to my previous plan with Promo .

Please help.

Hi @KARANPREET101 , changing your plan unintentionally isn't fun. If your promo is not offered anymore, the plan won't show up in the computer to be able to get it back. Having said that,  I'm not a Fido employee nor do I know what plans are on offer for students. Your absolutely best bet would be to give Fido a call from your device by calling *611 or do a live chat on fido.ca or reach out on social media through Twitter or Facebook and speak with a customer service representative. They have all the information in front of them and can answer your request. I wish you a successful call, all the best OL
