Hi, I got prepaid sim card by mail, tested it but service was very bad.
I didnt use fido services at all, and trow sim card in to garbage.
I got bill on my email for all month thats I didnt use this service.
Wanted to delete my account, but fido support say I need to pay all bills, should pay for I even didnt use.
Why its happening?
When fido promouter wanted to sent me thisprepaid sim, I was reasking many times, is it really a prepaid sim, and if I will not like it I would not pay anithing? It looks like fido promouter said lie?
So how I can delete my account?

Sorry to hear that the Fido service was not to your satisfaction!
That being said, if you received a bill for this service, it does mean you were subscribed to a postpaid plan. Prepaid plans are paid in advance, and so there are no invoices for that type of service.
You can cancel your account anytime by speaking with customer service through any of the methods listed here.
