Plan for new customer, but not existing customer changing plan

There is an advestisting "Talk and Text" plan for $25 / mo after automatica payment discount.

As a Fido customer for > 23 years, I cannot change my plan to this advested plan. I am very disappointed about this and totally do not feel like a valuaed customer. When deals are only open to new customer or new line, existing customer should be able to take advantahe as well.

Just to clarify, the deal you mentioned is for new activations, as an existing customer, you can benefit from it if you activate an additional line for a friend or a family member, for example.
