Hello there,
I am a Korean who lived in Canada last year and now I'm back to Korea. Since I had a plan to go back to Canada I put my account on a hold which means I still have a phone number on FIDO on my name. I had to pay $8 per a month to keep my phone number but I don't want to pay that money anymore - it seems pointless to me now. I can't call FIDO service center since I live abroad and am really busy. How do I stop using the service? If I can do it through email, it would be the best. please let me know. Thanks.
