How to cancel confirmation payment txt?

Recenty I started getting confirmation txt from Fido that they recieved my bill payment. Is there a way to turn off this? 

 

In settings i already seleceted that i dont want to recieve any txt about bills.

Im just paying manually each month through my banking app.

 

I've never recieved those txt notification before untill last couple months.

You will receive a notification when the payment is received, as a bank payment can take up to 5 business days to work its way to us. This is done to keep you informed and to avoid late payments.

 

That said, we can disable that for you, no problem. You can contact us here for that or request a PM from the community.

How I suppose to request disabling that notification? Im trying to contact you on chat about that but no one is responding 😕

Can you tell us how you made the payment please?

 

If you're paying through our IVR (*28 or 1-888-481-3436 taking payment menu), you'll get an SMS confirming the transaction.
