How to cancel Fido

I need to cancel Fido service but I tried to call, it ask me to wait more than 3 hours, and I went to store, the rep. said they cannot cancel in store, I have to call. It's ridiculous. I need to connect to someone to deal with, or show me if there is a way to cancel online.

  Sorry to hear of your long wait-time contacting Fido. Unfortunately it isn't possible to cancel services online. If you would like to cancel your services, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
