How to call a payment representive when suspended

How can I call a representive to make payment arrengements when my account is suspended and when I use *611 before the number 1-855-704-7981 then it shows "not registred on network".

Please help urgent as I'm on the airport in Montreal.

Hi FidoAnthony,

 

unfortunately that doesn't help as when I dial any of those numbers it says "not registred on network" and when I click on the link to livechat with an agent it says "server error: the resource might have been removed".

So are there any email I can reach as I can't even pay my bill without being able to reach a payment representive.
