Hi,
I have got an account already in fido and it has been registered with my email address. I have canceled the mobile account before 2 years. Now, I have got a different account number with a new plan. But, when I try to register to my account using my same email address as the previous one, it says, "This email is currently being used by another account". I want to register my new account number with the same email address.
Could someone please help with this?

Hey @vimalabharathi!
Have you tried logging in with the old e-mail? The accounts may already be linked and you'll be able to see your new account once you log in with your e-mail.
If you do not see the new account, then you'll need to contact us so that we can set it up

Yes, I tried logging in through the old email. It is not showing on that page.
