I don't think there is a way to rotate the pictures once they have been uploaded to your profile. If you took the photo with a phone, they can sometimes be a little finicky with orientation. One thing you could try is to rotate the orginal photo counter-clockwise prior to uploading the image to your profile. In theory, the rotated photo should upload with the correct orientation into your profile.
