Delete Fido Community Profile

I think someone made a Community Profile without my knowledge, I would like to delete the community profile account without deleting my Fido account. Does anyone know how I can do this?

  Welcome to the community!

  Sorry to hear you are wishing to delete your community profile. That said, to deactivate your Community profile, submit a request to fido.community@rci.rogers.com and include your Community profile username (see here).
