Do I go to Rogers first to cancel my landline or does fido contact Rogers?

Hey @Nona1!
You would simply need to contact us so we can request the transfer for you.
Once the transfer is completed your number would automatically be cancelled with Rogers. You would not need to contact them.

Thanks that helps, How will I know when the transfer is complete? Do I just call my landline every so often until it rings on my cell? It's been 4 days so far.
