Hi! I'm a longtime Fido home internet subscriber and just subscribed to Fido mobile (bring-your-own-device). I got the welcome email & documents and the sim card, which I've plugged into my phone. It works. Now I want to transfer my old number with a different carrier to this new mobile account. That seems to require logging in online, but all I still see is my home internet account. It seems I need the full account number for my new mobile account before I can see the account online, but everywhere Fido has shown me my account number, only the last 4 digits are shown - the first 5 digits are all X's. Dialing Fido at *28 has not led to a solution, and when I tried calling support I gave up waiting endlessly on hold. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
