I know this is an old post but I just saw this and thought that I would provide some up-to-date information in the case that anyone else may have a similar question.
Fido is not able to block incoming calls from specific numbers but you can verify in your devices user manual to see if a call blocking feature is available on your device, as lot of phones that are now offered include this under the call settings. You can also register your phone number on the National Do Not Call List if the calls are telemarketing calls or report the number to your local police in the case of harassment. Finally, you have the option to change your phone number as well. The change of phone number is free of charge when performed through the self-serve tools in your My Account profile on Fido.ca.
