Hello I am Amanda I am posting here is because I just had fraud on my bank account on May 1st and bank is doing a investigation on it that said. I do not have a device protection at all its a waste of time to have and haven't had it in over a year now and will not I have had fraud last year on my account 3 times and had to close down my account and saving as well then yesterday device protection taken out money where they had  no business of doing so or even had no rights to I don't buy it so you hope to god I get my money back there will be a polices report as well

Sorry to hear you've had some complications with your account lately. Are you sure you're referring to the Fido device protection or is this possibly a device protection that was taken with the manufacturer? For example, Samsung and Apple provide their own device protections and will charge you separtely (not charged on your Fido bill).
