To clarify, was your account suspended due to non-payment or did you request a temporary suspension? If your account was suspended because of non-payment, you'll need to contact Fido's Credit Operations team: dial *732 from your Fido phone or 1-888-288-2106 from any other phone (see here). You should note that if your services were suspended due to non-payment, you would incur a service suspension fee (see here).
On the other hand, if you requested a temporary suspension and would now like to resume your services, you would need to contact customer services to remove the suspension. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
