I understand you have paid your bill via online banking. You should note that it can take a number of days for Fido to receive the funds depending on method of payment. In your particular case, the payment will be applied to your account after around 5 days (see here and here). If you had just paid your bill using online banking, that could be the reason the system has not updated the amount owing.
It is worth mentioning that customers would need to allow sufficient time for them to receive the funds before the payment due date to avoid late fees.
