Having problem adding a line to my account

Hi, I recently tried to add a line to my account with a basic 250mo plan at 15$/month, but It did not seem to work because I haven't got any confirmation from fido, and it doesn't show up in my account. I then tried a second time, but I still haven't got anything.

Good morning @renoplusinc , I would recommend calling Fido from your device at *611 and have them confirm that a line was added or let them know that you were unable to add it online.
