After been with Fido for 15 years, every time I call for a hardware upgrade, I end up very disappointed.
Fido treats loyal customers worse than new customers and that’s is very wrong..
Market is changing , and so are customers, if you don’t step up with your customer service, you will end up loosing a few customers, including myself, which I’m considering already.. And that would be very sad after 15 years..For new customers, please ,keep this in mind.. And Fido, please, don’t respond or email me saying I’m sorry.. It’s not good enough..! Thank you..!
