upgraded today over the phone and I was suppose to get an email confirming everything and haven’t gotten it. When will I get the email? And when will the app update?

I also upgraded a few hours ago but have yet to receive emails.  I’m hoping it doesn’t take too long.

You will get the confirmation email as soon as the order is processed at the warehouse! The tracking number will be included in the communication.

It's possible that it takes a moment or two, depending of when you placed the order and which device you selected.

I'm not sure how long it takes, but when I upgraded my device I am pretty sure that it showed a few hours later .

Are you talking device upgrade or plan upgrade? The mods here will certainly help you out with either very soon .😉
