HOW TO GET $200 DEPOSIT BACK?

Hi,

Last year on September 14, 2019, I bought a 2 mobile phone with a contract and paid a $200 deposit. Even though 1 year passed, I did not receive the deposit yet, and I called customer service 2 times and an agent told me it would be released soon but there is no change so far. I saw some calculations about the refund in my last 2 bills but I think the calculation is wrong because there is no reflected my bill amount, yet. I copied and pasted the calculation from my bill as below.

From the details you provided, it would seem that you would have received your deposit back. Is it possible that the deposit refund would have lowered your balance and that you would then have paid the reduced balance?
