The last 8 weeks I asked for help several times with nothing resolved. Today I spoke to a gentleman on the Fido online chat, his name was Raymond. He solved my issue within 20 minutes of the conversation with no trouble. I now have no  issues with Fido, yay!  I had to drop the conversation to follow his directions, but it finally worked. I never got to say thank you for his wonderful effort and determination to get this resolved. Wonderful customer service, thank you so much Raymond! ❤️
