Got bill of 869$ for a month. Help.

Hi. I got new fido sim card on 31 August, 2020 as I'm new in Canada so I decided to buy fido after hearing about it from my friends. I bought it with the $45/month plan which included unlimited canada wise calls, 5gb internet data and 1000 minutes long distance call which includes India. All these things are mentioned in my agreement which I got when I bought the sim but now I have got bill of $869 dollars. I checked the bill in which I got to know that I've been charged since day 1 for calling in India whereas my plan included calls to India, I've written proof of it in agreement. I tried calling customer care but they're not helping. What should I do now? @fidob How to Cancel my current plan Request for help to solve persist bill problem
