Been with Fido almost 12 years and had to cancel my account today. Loyalty means nothing to Fido. I’m switching to another provider which has a more expensive plan but the way Fido aka Rogers treats their long term customers tells you just how much they value you. I’d rather pay more and take my business elsewhere. Truly disappointed that I stayed with Fido this long.
