ive checked online and spoken also to 2 customer service agents. But they cant see the offer in their system. But i want tonknow how can i avail the offer that is shown in my app to upgrade my Phone. Im looking at Iphone 11 and at the bottom of the offer, it says "Get an additional $10 off/per month for 24 months if get the data, talk and text plan program. Attached is the screen shot of the offer.

I think that offer already incluces the additional program credits. The offer is for credits, not a reduction in monthly costs. The current offer for that phone on Fido.ca has an upfront cost with lesser monthly fees. The offer you note credits that upfront cost and spreads it over duration of the contract ($10 per month). That means that the monthly fees of your offer is more, but there are no upfront costs.
