Getting back the IPHONE Visual Voicemail Value Pack

On November 14th 2020 I changed my plan (both 2 lines) to Fido Payment Program 8+2GB ($60).

I added the premium voicemail -To-TEXT value pack as a voicemail add-on instead of the IPHONE Visual Voicemail Value Pack.

I was trying to change my plan using the self-serve option but there's no option in changing the add-ons. I would like to change the actual add-on to the IPHONE Visual Voicemail Value Pack. Any sugestions ?

Hello @7Core,

Some add-ons can not be removed through self-serve and you would need to contact customer service and they can switch the add-on to the correct one.
