So I’ve been a loyal fido friend for 17 years. My time as come to upgrade my slow screen chattered iPhone . Called in to see what kind of offers I could get. The customer service agent was so rude and when I asked to speak with a manager she said no you can’t . I will not transfer you. She said I can offer you the same price as online offers . Which isn’t a very good deal. I’m sure there aren’t too many people that have been with Fido 17 years and I get no deal. I think it’s timeI move on. Sad and frustrated

Good morning @Astrafriend2015 , as another long time Fido client,  I can understand the frustration when you don't feel appreciated. I don't think that Fido would want you to have that experience. I've been with Fido since the microcell days, and I can honestly say that it's been one of the more amiable relationships in my life. There's always been a solution to the few challenges I've had over the years. Before leaving, try again using live chat on fido.ca, or asking for customer retention by calling in or contacting one of the great customer service reps on Twitter or Facebook. There's always a solution, not always the one you want but worth a try. Wishing you a successful outcome,  cheers
