Fraud case status

Hi,

 

I noticed changes applied to my account without my permission, contacted the customer support and opened a fraud case.   It's been 2 weeks already and I still have not received any feedback from the fraud department.   Does anyone know if I can check the status of my case online or a number I can contact to get updates?
