Fido store service performance

Was waiting outside Bathurst/Rutherford Fido store for 40 minutes  on March 27 2021 from 11:30 am till 12:30 pm to return the equipment without any result. Was no line ups or any sign of activity inside. Staff are incompetent or dont care. Next door Roger's store served at least 10 customers meanwhile. Would never come back to this store.
