Fido charged full price instead of financing

Hi @FidoCustomer 

 

I activated a new line online via Fido.ca. decided to pick th Samsung Galaxy A20 which was on a great deal on Boxing Day ($0 over 2 year financing on a $45 4Gb minimum plan). I received the bill and was charged for the full cost of phone $400. I called fido and they told Im on a month to month plan amd never placed on a contract! Absurd! Since the plan I picked is $45 4Gb promo Fido Paymemt Plan.. also, since when does fido ship out phones byod and charge customers on the first bill???

 

Very sneaky and if this was a mistake nobody stepped up to help.. the fido rep sent a case to back office team but who knows where and when this will be fixed....
