writing this short post to highlight the misguidance or miscommunication via the Fido website. I went to visit a local store here in Montreal to activate my sim card. There were two locations:
Located in: Edifice Place du Quartier
1111 Rue Saint-Urbain Unit R19A, Montreal, Quebec H2Z 1Y6
175 Boulevard René-Lévesque O Unit 236, Montréal, QC H2X 3Y2
Both stores were supposed to be open on Saturday from 10 PM onwards and when I went there, both locations were closed. I tried communicating the same on Fido customer services to explain the annoyance that i went through and I did not have a network on the phone to call the store beforehand. I hope to expect resolution on the same and Fido should own the responsibility to update their websites and co-ordinate with their local stores. Thanks!
