Fido Roam Not Working in US

Hi!

I'm in the US right now and can't seem to connect to data/calls/texts. Fido roam is on and searches for networks everyone once in a while but never finds one - it just shows "No Service". Anything I can do to get a connection?

Hey @25e98,

Fido Roam is offered on postpaid plans only, is that what you have?

That said, a few things could impact your services such as roaming block, damaged sim card, being far from a coverage tower, etc...

Assuming that you have a functional sim and are within a covered zone, we'll have to take a closer look at your account to see if there's any kind of blocks on it.

My dashboard on my account does seem to say I have access to Fido Roam from my end.
