I have contacted Fido over the past year for my negative balance to be refunded back to me.
At first I was told a cheque has been issued to my address and it may take some time.
After more than 6 months of wait, I contacted Fido again to see if I can get the refund through my credit card instead since I still have not recieved my cheque. I was then told the refund request will be made in the next few days.
Three months later, I still do not see any refund made to my credit card so I decided to contact Fido again.
This time I was told my cheque was cashed and a copy of that was sent to me which I have not recieved either.
This whole process has been dragging on for a year now.
