Fido Pulse 5GB - BYOP Double Data

Hi,

 

I changed my plan to 

Fido Pulse 5GB - BYOP Double Data

but i can only see 5 GB as data usage, i have read few forums and i think it appears after 2 or 3 billing cycle but Can i use 10 GB from now on without being charged extra for it? 

 

The second thing is i had the voicemail option which shows in the contract in email but not in Fido App, so can someone confirm me that people can leave me voicemails still or not?
