I have been with fido since 2017.
I upgrade my device on the day 27 Dec 2021. Agent lied with me about 1000 international minutes and said me that system is down and he will add it later. But still today they didn't add in my account and now it's time to end up with fido. I have spoken to customer care more than three times but no one was able to resolve issues. Basically at a time fido agent lies and get in trap so you stay with fido and then they raise their hands.
In my opinion get rid of fido and go with other providers.
