Hi
i have a plan with fido because i was in canda for 8 months, now im not in canada and so i took my SIM card out of my phone, yet Fido still keeps billing me even though im not using the canadian SIM card. Please help.

Did you contact us directly to stop your services? Simply removing the SIM card out of your device won't stop your services.
For a prepaid plan it would do the trick, but I think you do have a monthly plan with invoices, correct?
