Hi,
I made a order a few days ago about upgrading my device, and today I get a notification about shipment. I noticed that the shipping address is wrong. It ships to my old address.
What should I do? Should I contact ups?

Hey @m45guo,
Did you place the order online or on the phone with an agent? If you did it online, you need to confirm the address on which you want it delivered before placing the order.
Do you know when exactly was the order placed? Has it been more than 72 hours?
If you have received a tracking number, I would suggest calling UPS to hold the phone so they don't deliver it to the old address. In the meantime, I'll send you a PM so we can take a look at it with you and change the address.

Hi,
I ordered the phone online.
I have received the tracking number from UPS and I called UPS Canada, but they do not work on weekends. The package is going to be delivered on Monday and that's why I am so worried.
I called UPS international, they told me that only the shipper could change the shipping address, That's UPS's restriction.
