Need to vent out, before blowing off!
Spent almost 2 hours on chat with Fido CR yesterday - got a resolution in writing that a technician will be sent out , got an escalation # and the promise that i'll get a text with a date/time when technician will be out!
24 hour later - NADA!!!
Call again on the chat today - been there already for 1.5 hours - heard back from today CSR that actually they do not send techs out and they should replace my modem, and she needs to transfer me to tech support (after JACK asked me the first thing what i want and i choose Technical Support!
So i am waiting again for more that 30 minutes on the "transferred " chat, with no avail!!
FIDO - with all due respect - your customer service sucks!!!
