Is anyone else not able to use the customer service chat? Everytime I try and start one, whether it's on a mobile phone or PC, it just loads a blank page. Not sure where else I can let fido know.
I'm sad to hear you're having difficulty reaching out via live chat. This shouldn't happen.
Is this only using Wi-Fi or using both networks types? When have you tried last to reach out?
