So I've called and used Facebook chat and to be honest I feel defeated. I've been lied to and had the proof still ignored oh and the best part was hung up on 3x. The most recent was I upgraded (I wasn't going to but when I logged in the s20 ultra was 0 dollars and 77 a month. When I got the bill it was 108. I contacted fido via phone and chat phone was "disconnected" and chat basically said they don't see it online so it didn't exist. I'm not a **bleep** I know what i signed up for. When I asked about promotions I got well if your not happy u can cancel.
I've been a good customer and to be honest I feel like a absolute piece of **bleep** thanks to fidos customer service.
