Do not buy any products from the Fido stores.
Why, because they do not back the products they sell.
My daughter purchased a Spigen Iphone 7 Crystal Hybrid Black case at a Vancouver Fido store.
A week later it broke.
She was heading to Toronto and when she arrived we went to the Fido store here to exchange it, reciept in hand.
The manager at the store stated he would only exchange it if it was purchased in his store.
I waited an hour on hold with Fido and was told basically the same thing. The don't run the stores, they could not even give me a phone number to anyone in charge of the stores.
Fido on line did credit me the money but I now know not to buy anything at their stores.

I'm sad to see that you were unsatisfied with your experience in store. It is however true that accessories and phones can only be returned at the same point of purchase.
